Coisure.io is a purpose-built insurtech platform that eliminates the manual, email-heavy process of Certificate of Insurance (COI) management. It automates the full COI lifecycle for insurance agents and carriers.

COI Request Management — Agents submit COI requests through a structured workflow; carriers receive and act on them instantly
Tracking Dashboard — Real-time status tracking for every request from submission to delivery
Document Generation — Automated COI generation using policy data, with templated PDF output
Delivery System — Transactional email delivery of completed COI documents to the requesting party
Multi-role Access — Separate interfaces and permissions for agents vs. carriers
Audit Trail — Full history of every request, status change, and document delivery

What I Built

Delivered the platform end-to-end — backend API design, database schema, all COI workflow logic, and the production-ready frontend. The system handles the full COI lifecycle: from an agent's initial request through carrier acknowledgment, document generation, and final email delivery.
